Cefixna-CV Dry Syrup is a pediatric antibiotic formulation containing Cefixime 50 mg and Clavulanic Acid 31.25 mg. It is used for the effective treatment of a variety of bacterial infections in children.

Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Clavulanic Acid enhances its effectiveness by preventing bacterial resistance. This combination provides broad-spectrum coverage and improved clinical outcomes.

The dry syrup is reconstituted with water to form an oral suspension, ensuring ease of administration in pediatric patients.
