FARKUF-AM Syrup is a combination formulation containing Ambroxol I.P. 15 mg, Terbutaline I.P. 1.25 mg, Guaiphenesin I.P. 50 mg, and Menthol 2.5 mg, used for the treatment of productive (wet) cough and chest congestion.

Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that helps break down thick mucus, making it easier to expel. Guaiphenesin acts as an expectorant, promoting mucus clearance from the airways.
