Gatistic Eye Drops contain Gatifloxacin I.P. 0.3% w/v, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial eye infections.

Gatifloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, effectively eliminating infection-causing bacteria. It is highly effective against a wide range of pathogens responsible for conditions such as bacterial conjunctivitis. Gatistic helps reduce redness, swelling, irritation, and discharge, promoting faster recovery and improved eye comfort.
