Ojiderm-IT Cream is a broad-spectrum dermatological formulation designed to treat mixed skin infections involving bacteria, fungi, and inflammation. It contains Ofloxacin 0.75%, Ornidazole 2%, Itraconazole 1%, and Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%, providing powerful multi-action therapy.

Ofloxacin works as an antibiotic to eliminate bacterial infections, while Ornidazole targets anaerobic microorganisms. Itraconazole is an effective antifungal agent that helps control fungal growth.
