Tobrastic D Eye Drops is a combination ophthalmic solution containing Tobramycin 0.3% w/v and Dexamethasone 0.1% w/v. It is used to treat bacterial eye infections along with associated inflammation.

Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that effectively eliminates infection-causing bacteria by inhibiting protein synthesis.
