Sodium Chloride works by hydrating dry nasal tissues and loosening mucus, helping to clear nasal passages naturally. Benzalkonium Chloride acts as a preservative with mild antiseptic properties. This non-medicated saline solution is safe for regular use and helps maintain nasal hygiene, especially in dry or polluted environments.
