Tobrastic FML Eye Drops is a combination ophthalmic solution containing Tobramycin Sulphate USP 0.3% w/v and Fluorometholone I.P. 0.1% w/v. It is used for the treatment of bacterial eye infections along with associated inflammation.

Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that eliminates infection-causing bacteria by inhibiting protein synthesis. Fluorometholone is a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, redness, swelling, and irritation. This dual-action formulation provides effective infection control while offering soothing relief from discomfort.

Precautions

May cause mild burning, stinging, or temporary blurred vision after application. Prolonged use may rarely increase the risk of elevated intraocular pressure or cataract formation. Allergic reactions are uncommon.

Indicated for patients with bacterial eye infections accompanied by inflammation. Use under the guidance of an ophthalmologist.

Use only under medical supervision. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface or the eye. Remove contact lenses before application unless advised otherwise. Follow the full course as prescribed to prevent recurrence.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Discard the bottle as per instructions after the recommended duration of use.
