FARKUF-LS Syrup is a combination formulation containing Levosalbutamol I.P. 1 mg, Ambroxol I.P. 30 mg, and Guaiphenesin I.P. 50 mg, used for the treatment of productive (wet) cough associated with mucus and airway obstruction.

Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that helps relax airway muscles and improves breathing. Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, breaking down thick mucus, while Guaiphenesin works as an expectorant, helping to clear mucus from the respiratory tract.
